[ And he finds her surprise surprising, so they're all just one big revolving door of surprise. But is it all that shocking? She know better than most how awkward and shy he can be. ]

[ He turns pink as he always does when she compliments him, and to be fair, he has...had rather good luck with friends here. Rather than him being good at making friends, however, he attributes it more to everyone here just being freakin' amazing, of course. ]

alisaie's face reddens visibly, but still, she can't help but smile broadly, her heart tightening in her breast, warmed and lifted. even if it weren't prompto, it would be nice to hear these things, to soothe the quiet insecurity she has always carried with her when it came to how others thought of her. but it is prompto, and that makes it all the more.. special, important, that it's coming from him. that he thinks she is worthy and good.

a soft sound escapes her, something between a sigh and a breathless laugh. ]

[ If only he had the time, he would go on and on and on about how good she is, but they're already being big enough idiots right now. If he says anything else like that he might just burst into flames, though really, it's exceedingly easy to compliment her when his nerves aren't getting in the way. There's so much to say about her, and all the good and wonderful things that she is. ]

but his comfort is warm and welcome, and the tightness in her chest eases. ]
